CEFUROXIME MECHANISM OF ACTION :
second-generation cephalosporin.

binds to specific penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs){transpeptidase}.it cause inhibit the
transpeptidation reaction and block cross-linking of the cell wall.so bacterial
cell wall is destroy.
CEFUROXIME RECOMMENDED DOSAGE :

ADULT DOSE:
500 mg orally twice a day
CHILD DOSE:
10mg/kg orally twice a day
