Isotretinoin is a retinoid derivative of vitamin A.
Isotretinoin affects cell differentiation and apoptosis.
by this action:
reduces sebum production
preventing the blockage of pores
growth of acne causing bacteria.
ISOTRETINOIN RECOMMENDED DOSAGE :

Child dose :(12 years & older)
0.5 mg/kg orally twice a day
adult dose:
2 mg/kg once a day
