MECHANISM:
serotonin 5-HT3 antagonists, which block serotonin

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE OF:
Adults
typically take one 8-mg tablet twice a
day.
For
ages 4 to 11, should take a 4-mg tablet three times per day.(
or 5 mL of liquid).
