Domperidone Uses:
treatment of
Indigestion

Dosage :
· for gastrointestinal motility disorders:
Adults—10 mg three to four times daily.
· Nausea and vomiting:
Adults—20 mg three to four times daily.
Mechanism:
Dopamine receptor blocking properties and shows Antiemetic properties. Mainly blocks D2 and D3 dopamine receptors, which are regulates nausea and vomiting.
increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.
ADVISE:
Domperidone is not an over the counter (OTC) medicine and it is not advisable to take it without a prescription or medical supervision.
