Glimepiride  4mg + metformin 500mg

Gluconorm G4 mechanism of action:  anti-diabetic drugs

Glimepiride   :  sulfonylurea which works by increasing the amount of insulin release

Metformin     :   biguanide which works by lowering Glucose production
