Used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure)

 

UDP - AT composition:

Amlodipine (5mg) + atenolol (50mg)

 

UDP - AT mechanism of action:

Amlodipine  :Calcium Channel Blocker which works by relaxing blood vessels.

Atenolol       :Beta Blocker which works on the heart to slow down the heart rate.
