VOGLYSON-M 0.3 MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Voglibose - Alpha-glucosidase inhibitors-reduces
the rate of digestion of complex carbohydrates. Less glucose is absorbed
because the carbohydrates are not broken down into glucose molecules.
Metformin - Works by lowering glucose production in the
liver, delaying the absorption of glucose from the intestines and increasing
the body's sensitivity to insulin.
